INDIANAPOLIS - A woman caring for her two-year-old granddaughter was arrested on child neglect charges Tuesday after offering sexual favors to police responding to a welfare check, police said.
Police were called to the 6200 block of West Washington Street after getting a call about a toddler possibly in the care of an intoxicated adult.
When officers arrived at the address, police said the woman began cursing and screaming at the officers through a locked door.
After making entry into the residence, police said they found a nude woman, Jacqueline Burse, 53, and the crying toddler, also naked, on the bed. Full Article
