CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — An Etters man faces charges after driving a stolen car to state police barracks in Cumberland County.
At 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 20, Ty Eugene Delp Jr., 31, walked into the lobby of the station in South Middleton Township and identified himself, state police said.
He told the dispatcher that he had no license, was driving a stolen vehicle and was drunk, troopers said. Full Article
