Connecticut – Bloomfield police took a man into custody on Monday afternoon after he pulled out what appeared to be a rifle as President Barack Obama’s motorcade passed by, according to police.
The man, whose name has not been released, actually had a BB gun, according to police.
President Obama was in Connecticut on Monday afternoon to meet with families who lost loved ones during the school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in December.
Officers noticed him acting suspiciously, pacing back and forth, before he pulled out what looked like a rifle, police said.
Charges were filed, police said, but the exact charges and the suspect’s name have not been released. Full Article
