Chicago - COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTHOUSE — Three South Side teens have been charged with raping a 12-year-old girl after posting a video of the assault on Facebook.
Kenneth Brown, 15, and Scandale Fritz and Justin Applewhite, both 16, took turns assaulting the 12-year-old girl and forcing her to perform sex acts on Dec. 15, 2012, in the basement of Fritz's home in the 4500 block of South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive., authorities said. More
