Florida – A Golden Gate Estates man was arrested after Collier County sheriff’s deputies say he broke into a woman’s house, left her love notes and took photos of himself with her underwear on his head.
David John Sirko, 51, of the 3800 block of 13th Avenue Southwest, is facing a felony burglary charge and a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order.
The victim told deputies she got a protection order from Sirko in mid-June, but he has continued to call her and come to her house, according to an arrest report.
At one point, she arrived home and reported finding Sirko laying on her couch in his boxer shorts.
On other occasions, she has arrived home to find Sirko’s business cards with “I love you” written on them, reports said. Full Article
