Woman stabs her father in the chest during an argument about the constellations

New Hampshire – A New Hampshire woman was arraigned on a second-degree assault charge and released after being held on $5,000 cash bail for allegedly stabbing her father in the chest during an argument about the constellations on Christmas Eve.

Upon arriving at a Londonderry home on Tuesday after receiving a 911 call reporting someone had been stabbed in the chest, officers located the victim, Robert Svenson, lying on the floor with a stab wound.

After interviewing the victim and his wife, officers came to believe that Robert had been stabbed by his daughter, 22-year-old Nadja Svenson, after they got into an argument while looking at the night sky.

Nadja indicated that the stabbing may have been accidental. “She said he accidentally ran into the knife.” Olson said. More
