The 80-year-old victim told police she was walking toward the Salvation Army at 55th and Market Streets around 12 p.m. Monday when she was approached by a woman.
The victim says the woman allegedly told her that she had money that she wanted to give her.
The victim says a man then approached and also began to tell her that they had money for her. The victim said she believed that something was going on and she became scared telling them to leave her alone. More
