Terry Cunningham (picture), 44, faces three counts of child abuse and neglect. Deputies went to his South Valley home after someone called to report a dead body. Authorities found the body and grotesque living conditions.
The home’s landlord said he was about to evict the father of three because of the disgusting living conditions.
