Mya Lynn Moody, 25, arrested early Tuesday on allegations she sold heroin three times to an agent for the Muncie Police Department’s narcotics unit, is preliminary charged with three counts of dealing in heroin and two counts of neglect of a dependent.
Moody had “her small child in her arms” while allegedly participating in a heroin deal that was observed by officers, police said. After her arrest, she reportedly told officers that she routinely brought her 4-year-old son with her on drug transactions, noting that “he doesn’t know what’s going on.” More
