Eric Minerault, of Prescott, was standing on the steps of the Gospel Rescue Mission on Lincoln Street when officers were called about 9 p.m. by an employee who said a man was burning something in front of the mission, according to a Prescott Police Department report.
Minerault was dressed in black and wearing a long, black-and-red robe and pentagram necklace, according to the report. More
