MACOMB COUNTY - A 24-year-old woman is facing several charges after allegedly crashing her SUV into several cars in Macomb County before fleeing the scene.
Danielle Myslakowski was arraigned in 41B District Court Wednesday on two counts of possession of a controlled substance; assault, resisting and obstructing a police officer; operating while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16; and operating while license suspended. She was ordered jailed on a $10,000 bond and is due back in court Oct. 20.
There was a 3-year-old child in the back seat of the vehicle.
While trying to discuss the incident with the woman, a deputy realized that Myslakowski was apparently trying to conceal something in her mouth. Michalke said the woman refused commands and began to struggle with the deputy. When she was restrained, deputies say Myslakowski spat out 16 white tablets. More
