MIAMI BEACH – Two men reportedly dragged a passed out mentally ill woman behind a Miami Beach bar, where one of them raped her.
Miami Beach police said they were alerted to a sexual assault occurring in an alley near Espanola Way and Collins Court at around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
When the officers pulled up to the scene, they said they watched as Derrick Barnes dismounted the the woman.
According to the arrest form, Barnes’ pants and underwear were still at his ankles exposing his genitals and the woman was naked.
The form also stated the officers found a used condom on some cardboard boxes near the woman. More
