An Oakland, California man has been arrested for allegedly burning a small puppy alive in a crate.
According to reports, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District responded to a call of a small debris fire on the street.
Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters were horrified to discover that the object was a dog crate and inside was the charred, lifeless body of a puppy believe to be eight or nine months old.
Following an investigation, police were able to track down 20-year-old Willie Bee Turner as a potential suspect thanks to tips from the public. More
