Florida – It’s the third sickening case of animal abuse in Florida’s Tampa Bay area, in just 24 hours.
Authorities say a Davenport man punished his 18-month-old pit bull by hanging it from a tree before dragging its corpse behind an ATV, all because he said it “made a mess in the trailer.”
Victor (Manny) Solano (picture), 29, allegedly carried out the barbaric crime against his dog Wednesday because he couldn’t find a gun to shoot it, Polk County deputies said.
He first went to neighbors asking for a firearm, even sharing his intentions, but when he came away empty-handed he turned to some rope instead, deputies said. More
