George Davon Kennedy, a student at Middle Tennessee State University, was arrested late Tuesday at a relative's house in Georgia, Bay County, Fla., officials said. His age was not given.
He is awaiting extradition to Florida on charges of sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, the Panama City News Herald reported.
