The exhausted victim woke in the middle of the night to find Chantae Gilman, 28, on top of him and pinning his hands above his head, court documents show. She then told the victim to be quiet, according to a police report.
Gilman apparently broken into his south Seattle apartment hours after he returned from a friend’s party next door to his duplex.
During the night in question, the victim managed to push Gilman off of him and asked her to leave, but the mother of at least three children refused and instead asked for a cigarette instead, authorities said. More
