Michael Kevin Meadows, 43, entered the Bypass Pharmacy in Beaver, West Virginia wearing full camouflage, a paintball mask, and wide-brimmed hat.
According to police he released pepper spray in an attempt to subdue employees who were working in the business at the time.
He then moved forward to the counter and into the cloud of pepper spray meaning he breathed it in. More
