Woman blacks out after smoking ‘flakka,’ loses baby

BOYNTON BEACH, Florida - A South Florida mother faces a charge of child neglect after she abandoned her 1-year-old daughter while she was high on “flakka,” police said.

Qushanna Doby, 20, was booked into the main Palm Beach County jail Thursday morning.

According to a Boynton Beach police report, an officer found an unattended baby sitting in front of an office building, crying and shivering. While the officer was attending to the baby, a woman ran up and started screaming, “My baby!”

The woman, identified as Doby, told police that she wasn’t sure where she was or how the baby got there. More
