Man arrested for giving a ‘wet willy’

Connecticut – A 34-year-old man was arrested in Connecticut after sticking his finger in his mouth and then poking the digit into the ear of a 4-year-old stranger, police said.

Michael Migani (picture) stuck his offensive finger into the child’s ear in front of the boy’s mother.

Police said the boy was playing with his mother in the lobby of a business on Center St. in Shelton, Conn., according to WTNH-TV. More
