Abilene Police Officer Allen, 27, was found dead Monday night inside his home in circumstances described as “clearly suspicious”.
Now police have arrested and charged Phillip Walter, 29, and Violetta Walter (picture), 30, for the murder of the off-duty officer.
The two suspects were linked to the murder by stolen property taken from Allen's home in Clyde, reported KTXS.com. More
