In a heated post, Latika “Shay” Houston (picture) says she committed the act in retaliation of the stray cats that would appear around her house.
According to Fox 40 News, she bragged about it with the caption, “I should take it to the backyard and finish it off…. Thinking (devil emojis) stay away from my house!!!”
Animal lovers around the world were outraged and Jackson police says they issued a bench warrant for her arrest. More
