Yoshiyuki Shinohara, 81, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after the incident on the Bakerloo Line platform at Piccadilly Circus just before 4.10pm on November 10.
In the video, the man appears to approach the woman from behind, before apparently pushing her into the side of one of the carriages. More
