Fresno State football player arrested for threatening to bring assault rifle to campus

A California college football player was arrested for a menacing social media message in which he vowed to bring an assault rifle to campus and “release his frustrations,” police said.

Christian Malik Pryor, a freshman at California State University, Fresno, was charged with making a criminal threat after investigators traced the anonymous Monday afternoon message back to the 18-year-old, the Fresno Bee reported.
