CBS2’s Amber Lee reported from Los Verdes where a 911 call from Kris Belman (picture), a Los Angeles man described as the crasher, was placed moments after he said he was beaten at the event.
“Hi, I just got jumped,” he is heard to say. When asked if his alleged attackers were still there, he replied, “I’m not sure. It’s a wedding party. I’m not sure to be honest.”
“He was a bloody mess,” said Sgt. Donald Rubio with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, “He went to Torrance Memorial where he was given seven stitches.” More
