Frances Lee Tapscott, 39, was arrested Saturday afternoon for aggravated stalking, according to a criminal complaint.
She is being held in the Pinellas County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
Police allege that Tapscott had a friend create a fake profile on Plenty of Fish, a popular dating web site. The profile included the 25-year-old victim’s name as well as photos of the woman. More
