The attack happened Sunday morning, according to Oakland County Sheriff’s officials, at the Phoenix Place Apartments in Pontiac.
Deputies, called to the scene on reports of an injured man found the 23-year-old victim, who suffers from cerebral palsy, lying in front of an apartment.
An investigation revealed that the man had been robbed and then beaten in a stairwell while one of the assailants filmed the assault using the victim’s cell phone. More
