Woman arrested for ‘kicking and spitting at EMS volunteer trying to treat her for a cut’

New Jersey – A woman spat on and kicked a volunteer EMS worker this week, New Jersey State Police said Wednesday.

The incident involving 26-year-old suspect Brittany Berger and the male victim allegedly took place early July 4.

State police said in a release: ‘At 12:42 a.m., Perryville troopers and Pattenburg Volunteer EMS responded to a Bloomsbury Borough residence to assist Berger, who sustained a laceration.
