Parents murder 9-year-old son and tell police that 2-year-old boy shot brother in the head

The parents of a young boy who was shot in the head, blamed their other child for being behind the killing, according to police in Arizona.

Phoenix police said that they have arrested Wendy Lavarnia, 28, and Kansas Lavarnia, 31, after being accused of killing 9-year-old Landen Lavarnia.

Both parents have been charged with first-degree murder.
