Teens break into car to steal items while police officer was inside

A group of five silly teenagers were arrested for breaking into a car while a police officer was inside. 

Three 17-year-olds and two 18-year-old men of Virginia, were arrested for breaking into an unmarked police vehicle while the officer was still inside.

The officer was parked on the block 5600 at Burnage Court in Chesterfield County, when a vehicle stopped behind the unmarked car.
