19-year-old woman stabs 14-year-old girl to death at gas station

A teenager was arrested for stabbing a girl to death during a fight in Portland, Oregon. 

Two group of girls got into a fight at the Speedway gas station near the intersection of N. 21st Street and Rowan Street.
