Baby killer walks out of court a free woman despite admitting to throwing newborn daughter in department store trash can

A woman who killed her newborn baby, will not have to spend day in prison, according to police in Kentucky.

Louisville police said that a janitor at a Kohl’s department store made a horrific discovery while changing the garbage bags in the bathroom.

The employee found a newborn baby in the trash can and called police. 

Police and emergency workers arrived at the scene, but the baby could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.  More
