Ore. City couple's bulldog puppy stolen at gunpoint

OREGON CITY, Ore. -- An English Bulldog puppy was stolen at gunpoint from an Oregon City couple Friday afternoon, along with some of their personal belongings, police said.

The owner of Aldercrest Kennels, in the 12000 block of Southeast 82nd Avenue, had arranged to meet someone just before 3 p.m. and sell the puppy for $2,000, according to Sgt. Adam Phillips. The man who came to meet them brandished a gun and robbed them.

"The suspect looked at the pup briefly, then pulled out a semi-auto handgun, pointed it at the victims and told them to give him their wallets, watches, and cell phones," Phillips said.  Full Article
