MANALAPAN, Fla. —Two people were arrested after they were allegedly caught having sex on a local beach, WPBF.com has learned.
Ward Powell, 53, told deputies that he knew it was wrong, "but one thing led to another," according to an arrrest report written by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The report also said that Powell was observed giving oral sex to Tanya Wheeler, 33, on the beach near the 2000 block of South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan on Tuesday morning. Full Article
