HIGHLAND -- Sheriff's deputies arrested three people Sunday night after they discovered the trio had been riding around in a car with two children stashed in the trunk.
April Burgo, 32, of Escondido, Richard Burgo, 29, of Wildomar and Brandon Rampani, 33, of Escondido were booked into Central Detention Center in San Bernardino on suspicion of cruelty to a child.
"There were no injuries to the children, and they were released to a relative," said San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Jodi Miller. Full Article
