Intruder scared off by singing Big Mouth Billy Bass

Minnesota – A would-be burglar was apparently scared off after coming up against the motion-activated singing fish in Minnesota.

The novelty gift was hung above the door of the Hooked on Fishing bait and tackle shop in the city of Rochester and would sing Take Me to the River whenever someone entered the shop.

Police said the bungling burglar knocked it off the wall while breaking the door during the late-night raid on Sunday, according to the Star Tribune.

Upon hearing the deep tones of soul singer Al Green, the intruder ran away from the scene without stealing a thing, including some money that had been left in a very visible spot. Full Article
