Actress and her husband ran off to LA with show funds

When a Brooklyn-born actress and her husband got three Big Apple investors to pump $68,000 into her one-woman, off-Broadway show — they had no idea how far off The Great White Way their money would land, a new lawsuit claims.

Investors Joe Cecala, Emily Conner and Lawrence Schwartz say in their Manhattan federal court suit that instead of reviving “Italian Bred” off-Broadway, actress Candice Guardino and hubby Thomas Felicciardi took their money and ran to Los Angeles — using the dough to fund a luxury lifestyle on the West Coast.

Out in LA, the show, lampooning Guardino’s New York Italian upbringing, was a financial flop — but that didn’t stop the couple from using the spare cash for personal expenses like apartment and car rentals, spa outings, clothing, ATM withdrawals and a publicist, the suit claims. More
