Wedding Photographer Severely Beaten, Remains In Medically Induced Coma

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Another troubling, random attack on Baltimore City streets. Police need your help finding the people who beat and robbed a wedding photographer, leaving him unconscious in the street.

Rochelle Ritchie spoke with the victim’s family, who are now desperate for an arrest.

Eric Sudam, 22, remains in a medically induced coma after police say he was beat up and robbed at the corner of Front and Plowman streets.

“He was very severely beaten, so much so that he was unconscious when officers first arrived at the scene,” said Det. Ruganzu Howard, Baltimore Police Department.

Eric’s parents say he was working a photo booth at the 1840s Ballroom when police say he went to get something out of his car. His parents say that’s when he was attacked. More
