Jason Joseph Seeburger, 37, alleged pulled his car up to a 24-year-old woman and stared at her as she stood outside her house in Plantation.
He parked his car and kept an eye on the woman for five minutes until a friend picked her up, the Sun Sentinel reported.
When the women drove away, Seeburger made a U-turn and followed them, according to an arrest report.
The woman tried tricking Seeburger, making arbitrary turns to see if he kept his creepy pursuit. More
