Julio Benitiez was allegedly on drugs when he choked and punched his partner at their Fresno home on Wednesday afternoon, reports the Fresno Bee.
The 37-year-old inflicted injuries on his wife’s eyes, arms, legs and neck. He also threatened to kill her.
His alleged victim, who has not been named, fled the property with her 5- and 7-year-old children and called cops for help. More
