Two toddlers suffer burns when hit with sizzling oil flung by woman during argument

New York – Two toddler boys suffered horrific burns when they were hit with sizzling oil flung by a woman during an argument, officials said Friday.

The violence erupted when Jamecka Lewis, 23, got into a fistfight with her cousin’s boyfriend in a Holland Ave., Staten Island, apartment about 3:55 a.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Lewis went berserk, grabbed a frying pan full of hot oil from the stove and heaved the contents toward her adversary, officials said.
