Kendra Lynette Miller, 33, allegedly assisted in the Saturday breakout of Kristopher McNeil, 29, from a minimum-security facility at Brown Creek Correctional Institution, which is roughly 45 miles east of Charlotte, according to the state Department of Public Safety.
