Amber Stephenson (picture), whose young son was seen kicking, stomping and delivering his own blows in the ferocious fight, has been charged with felony child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor, Marion county prosecutors said Friday.
Stephenson placed her son in a “situation that endangered the dependent’s life or health” with his risk of being “struck and/or physically injured,” prosecutors said while announcing the charges.
