Father and daughter are accused of holding up bank

Texas – A father and his teenage daughter are in jail this morning after Texas authorities say the pair robbed a bank at gunpoint and then led deputies on a wild case through two counties with speeds reaching up to 150 mph.

Michael Bailey, 41, and his 19-year-old daughter, Megan Lynn Bailey, both of Mansfield, were eventually arrested after their vehicle crashed.

The incident unfolded just after 12 pm Thursday when the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office got a call about a robbery in progress at the Grandview Bank on East Criner Street in the City of Grandview. More
