Sterlyn Reynolds, 19, has been charged with kidnapping and cruelty to children after trying to steal the 10-month-old away from her family.
The baby’s mother told police she fought Reynolds off and bit him on the arm before he fled to a nearby hotel, where he was later captured by police. More
