The horrific scene took place at an apartment block in the Bronx, New York City, and was witnessed by neighbors who said the woman, Tenisha Fearon, claimed “the devil is in her” as she was being led away by police, New York Daily News reported.
Police suspect Fearon, 27, was in the grip of a “psychotic episode” during the incident which happened in broad daylight on Thursday. More
