Police arrest teenage girl who ‘stabbed her boyfriend to death and confessed on Facebook’

California – Police in California have arrested an 18-year-old woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death and then allegedly admitting to the killing on Facebook.

The Hemet Police Department announced Nakasia James’ arrest on Sunday, nearly a week after the slaying of 21-year-old Dorian Powell in nearby San Bernardino.

It is believed the pair had been involved in a domestic dispute, which had turned violent, before Powell’s death.

According to a press release, investigators acting on a tip found James hiding out in an apartment in the 400 block of North Hamilton Avenue in Hemet, located about 40 miles southeast of San Bernardino, shortly before 5pm Sunday. More
