Police responded to a Canton apartment after neighbors reported hearing a child crying for over a half hour.
Police were let into the apartment by a maintenance worker at the apartment complex. They found a 20-month-old boy, who was home alone, stuck in the toilet, crying.
The toddler’s mother, Justice Chance, 20, told police that her sister was supposed to be babysitting her son, but she said she did not know her sister’s last name. More
