Man fatally shoots sister’s boyfriend 8 times because he had no food stamps left to buy Hot Pockets

A man flew into a rage after his sister's boyfriend did not come home with Hot Pockets, according to police in Georgia.

Atlanta police said that they have arrested Nathaniel Mathis, after being accused of fatally shooting his sister's boyfriend for not having money on his food stamps card to buy Hot Pockets.


In court, Mathis has been found guilty of murder, criminal damage of property in the first degree, possession of firearm by first offender probationer and possession of firearm during commission of a felony.  More
