A man who last year avoided prison after he was convicted for having sex with an underage teenager at Bettendorf High School wasn’t as fortunate Thursday.
Scott County District Judge Mark Cleve sentenced 19-year-old Jessie Thomas Grams to 10 years in prison after he was found to have violated his probation for third-degree sex abuse.
Cleve vacated the deferred judgment handed down to Grams on May 9, 2011, before sentencing him. Full Article Nutty News
