ALICE, Texas – A South Texas man was in custody Friday and charged with three counts of capital murder after his girlfriend and her two sons were found stabbed at her home in Alice.
Felix Jesus Chapa, 24, was arrested without incident at his home hours after police found Michelle Hughes, 41, and her sons, Ivan Joshua Hughes, 20, and 15-year-old William Bryan Hughes, Alice Police Chief Daniel Bueno told the Corpus Christi Caller-Times.
The 911 call came to police shortly before 4 a.m. Friday and it appeared there had been an ongoing domestic dispute, Bueno said. He said Chapa was under the influence of alcohol when arrested. Full Article Nutty News
